Metallization

How does metallization work?

The Zinc/Aluminium is then heated by means of a flame spray gun to a liquid state and it is sprayed onto the surface at high speed. The metal particles adhere to the surface and form a protective layer that protects the surface against corrosion. After applying the Zinc/Aluminium, the layer can be finished with a coating of any desired color.
